Climax began the way most honest things do — with frustration. Years of trying products made for other climates and other skin, watching shelves fill with promises that faded faster than the dark spots they were meant to treat.

So we went back to what our grandmothers knew: raw shea from the north, black soap from the west, baobab and marula pressed the slow way. Then we paired that heritage with modern actives — niacinamide, kojic acid, gentle enzymes — at concentrations that actually work.

Every batch is made in Lagos, tested on real Nigerian skin in real Nigerian weather. Harmattan dryness, rainy-season humidity, danfo-commute sweat — if a formula can't survive that, it doesn't ship.
