Returns & refunds
Simple and fair: if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
7-day returns
If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery. The seals must be intact — skincare is personal, so we can't restock opened products.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it free of charge or refund you in full — your choice.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (it looks like CLX-4G7KQ2M3XT) and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and arrange pickup or drop-off. Return delivery for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned items, refunds are processed within 3-5 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method via Paystack; pay-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Reactions & sensitivity
Every ingredient is listed on the product page — please check for known allergens before ordering, and patch-test new products for 24 hours. If you experience a reaction, stop use and contact us; we'll help you find a gentler alternative.
